Shipping
Each specimen ships in a padded, jar-safe box with the lid secured and the piece cushioned on all sides. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on its way. Details on carriers, timing, and international shipping are coming soon — for anything urgent, get in touch below.
Returns
Every piece is a one-of-one, so sales are generally final — but if your specimen arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right. A full returns policy is being written; until then, we promise to be reasonable humans about it.
